Connect it, step by step
In Sources, pick Microsoft 365, then Continue with Microsoft.
Sign in and accept. Microsoft lists the read-only permissions the first time.
Tick what to read under Outlook mail, Outlook calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint, and Teams channels, or write a search.
Check each choice with its count. If Teams channels wait for your administrator, untick them to read the rest now, and copy the note for them.
Press Read.
Where you'll see it
- Sources shows each part with what it read, the files not read, and the note for your administrator if Teams waits.
- The evidence behind a number shows the post, email, event or file, the words highlighted. Open the original opens it in Microsoft 365.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| “Teams channels need your Microsoft administrator's approval…” | Send them the note on the page, or untick Teams to read the rest now. After they approve, press Try again. |
| “Your organisation lets only its Microsoft administrator approve apps…” | Send them the note offered with it. |
| No Outlook heading when you choose. | The account has no Outlook mailbox in Microsoft 365. |
